its a video effect what can happeend whit fast moveing objects.
Even Monsterquest in there Creatures from the 4th Dimension episode got it.
That’s not from the gun. An empty shell falls into a shaft in the cockpit where it falls down on the ground under the tank. Definitve a rod. That it appears while the gun shoots is just a coincedence.

Interesting footage… I saw the shell fly out of the tank as the gun fired, and then what looked a lot like a dragonfly buzz by the camera lens (could have been another kind of fast-flying insect) right near the end… Nice capture! =)
Maybe it was the carbon from the gun blast the rod was seeking?

that is no rod.when you watch exactly you see that thing comes out of the cannon pipe when the tank shoot,than it hits the tank and leave a small dustcloud and goes up.hope you understand my english.lol…sorry,rods dont exist….

So then what your saying is this, it would be impossable to film an insect or anything else that flaps its wings at a particular speed because the mathmatics say that everytime you did it would distort the image you see and produce a rod effect, NTSC explained, now explain the PAL footage

The cameras used to film this video were HIGH SPEED shutter cameras. When they filmed this they wanted clear footage of the shells being fired. So how could they be just blured insects? Debunk that.
A camera with a 1/10,000 shutter speed should be sufficient enough to stop these things in their tracks, and you’d see that they are nothing more than bugs. Cameras slow enough to stop a hummingbird’s wings should suffice.

Yes, they can see. They can see that people will believe ANYTHING! They are just BUGS. The pattern shows how the wings flap. Close to the body, then out from the body. The images left on film are EXACTLY what you’d expect to see. I can appreciate that people want to believe in some crazy stuff…UFOs, aliens, ESP, God, etc. But this is EASILY debunked, so move onto something with more substance.
science should always be a “pursuit of the truth” rods research should be supported financially by governments—what the hell is happening to everyone, can’t they see??? i am reminded of how the world “looked away” when Hitler was exterminating 6 million+ jews, i am reminded of how the U.S. government ignored the warnings of the 9-11 twin tower attacks…
well if anyone is interested these have been caught on the imax cameras – and on a 4000fps shot o tiger woods crystal clear – however to get this footage is v costly – head over to roswellrods for more info on these weird things (i disagree about any ufo mumbo jumbo however do think they’re weird!)
