I highly doubt it, if the government were to evenm try to place a meter on water, they would fail misrerably.
Water is everywhere, we drink it, it rain upon us and hundreds of appliances require water.
The government would still be able to function with water as energy but it just won’t have energy bills.

It would seem to be a human genetic flaw and starting over again only leads to the same history we already have. if and when Water will be used as fuel, then the OIL companies, will buy out the oceans and ALL water on the planet and sell us the water we use for 2.39$ a gallon

it´s very easy, in order to control society you need to control its energy model ( todays oil model ) this way you control all of the other basics of life, like food, water, transportation, industry, medicine etc.. the only thing people can do is to unplug from their system, that is producing your own basics (food, energy, water). if you can´t do that then you are lost in their game. In the end society wins and they will be remember as a necesary evil of evolution.

Nobody wants to go down for murder so if u are an inside man who is threatened then if u can publicly announce the crimes they do plus give names, dates & corporations then that places u in a safer position. There are always the “Jackals” (Hitmen) but if the death of the person who’s story leads authorities to the one who hired the hit usually that is enough to make them take no action. Not a guaranty but u are in a safer position that way.

Most of US operations anymore are contracted out. Corporations now actually control Government like a puppet & the internal people like Dick Cheney are sent into office to make sure situations occur strictly based upon profits. Even a large percentage of soldiers in Iraq are not military but privately hired mercenaries who do not answer to military or the American people, Black Water is one of them. They changed their name due to lawsuits & still operate under a new name.
Perhaps there were individuals who stood up against corruption who got murdered & if it were in the 60s & if it were by CIA then the CIA did go through a period of scrutiny & people got fired. The CIA functions even more covertly if they can. The CIA may hire a chain of people & corporations to carry out operations that do not lead back to CIA & they let others take the heat but then the Corporation backs down if under heat.
The Kennedy’s were corrupt which is why the elite manipulated the system to get him in but he had a change of heart & decided to do good for the people, he attacked the Mafia. Interfered with a lot of powerful people, the mafia had worked it’s way into the government. Kennedy also did not follow the plans they had for him just like Bush had a predestined mission as Obama has a predestined mission, it’s all been laid out & they must not detour or fight the powers that placed him in office
