suggestion for you from me: “Trance-formation” (Bandler and Grinder) or “Grogs into princes” books. U’ll see that suggestions and hypnosis are related, and that hypnosis exists alright.

haha, that a bear. No way, that’s a mess & demonstates peoples ability to make sense out of absolutely nothing. There’s no such thing as hypnosis, this is derren mis-directing you to believe it is. What this is is misdirection & suggestion. NOTE NO HYPNOSIS
