That is indeed a type of salamander called an axolotl. It spends it’s whole life underwater, and has developed external gills.
You know guys, the amount of “strange creaturs” and deformed animals isnt a good sign, dring the time of the dinosaurs, when the planet started to become posonedby volcanic activity, the dinosaurs started to deform inside the egg
